Planning,Management,and Implementation of Sand Mining in Rivers:A Case Study of Tuwei River in Yulin City

Abstract
There are currently over 10 sand mining sites in the Tuwei River,and there is no unified sand mining plan for the river channel.Based on the analysis of the current situation and management of sand mining in the Tuwei River in Yulin City,as well as the existing problems in sand mining,this paper proposes the zoning of sand mining in the river and sets up reserve areas,mining areas,and prohibited mining areas.It clarifies the management responsibilities,implementation plan preparation,sand mining permit management,on-site supervision and management,and other management methods and measures in the planning and implementation of sand mining in the river,providing scientific support for regulating sand mining in Tuwei River in Yulin County.关键词
