Abstract
Material procurement management for water environment projects is an important part of project management,but there are still deficiencies in material procurement plan management,procurement process management,and supplier selection management.Optimizing strategies is essential for addressing these issues.By cultivating a global awareness of procurement planning,dynamically adjusting material procurement plans,strengthening the use of information technology and the centralized procurement management mode of secondary units,and evaluating and managing suppliers from multiple perspectives and angles,a new water environment material procurement management model is established.By managing from top to bottom and practicing from bottom to top,we aim to improve the level of project material procurement management,reduce project procurement costs from the source,and provide assistance in maximizing project profits through material procurement.关键词
