Abstract
The slurry balance shield machine is more suitable for tunnel construction crossing rivers and lakes due to its ability to maintain pressure on the excavation surface and form a mud film.The formation of mud film is mainly achieved by the mud provided by the mud water treatment system.Therefore,the mud water treatment system is the most important system of the mud water balance shield machine.It mainly includes the following subsystems:mud water separation system,pressure filtration system,slurry mixing system,pulp preparation system,and centralized control system.By combining manufacturer parameters for the design of supporting facilities,various subsystems from different manufacturers are integrated into a complete large system,and remote control and real-time monitoring are achieved through a monitoring system.关键词
