Abstract

With the continuous expansion of the construction quantity and scale of clean plant in pharmaceutical engineering,the energy consumption problem has become increasingly prominent.The running effect of clean room is closely related to airflow organization.In this paper,CFD technology is used to numerically simulate the microbial limit room in a drug production workshop and optimize the airflow organization,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.By increasing the number of supply air ports above the pollution source and reducing the air exchange times,the same design effect can be ensured,thereby reducing energy consumption.The results show that:1.Under the same air exchange times,appropriately increasing the number of supply air ports above the pollution source can improve the air conditioning and purification effect;2.Taking the room selected in this paper as an example,after increasing the number of supply air ports above the pollution source from one to three,it is possible to consider reducing the air exchange times by 5 times,which can still meet the process requirements;3.The cooling capacity of the surface cooling section and the heat consumption of the re-heating section of the assembled air conditioning unit are directly proportional to the reduced air supply volume(designed according to a fresh air system).The research results in this paper can provide a reference for energy-saving design of HVAC in clean rooms.
