Research Progress of Ice Slurry Technology and Field Application
摘要
Abstract
Ice slurry has the advantages of high latent heat of phase transition,energy storage density and heat transfer ability.This paper introduces the basic characteristics of ice slurry,traditional methods of preparing ice slurry,including supercooling method,scraping method,direct contact method,fluidized bed and vacuum preparation method,and describes the methods of optimizing the traditional preparation methods in recent five years.Then,the application of ice slurry in food preservation and transportation,building refrigeration and air conditioning,mine air conditioning system,medical treatment and other fields are introduced in turn.Finally,the basic characteristics,preparation methods and the development of ice slurry application are summarized.关键词
