Abstract
Compressors were damaged in heat pump products on the market.Through dissecting the damaged compressor and analyzing the equipment operation curve data,as well as conducting on-site investigations,it was found that the compressor damage may be related to the low pressure ratio caused by strong wind blowing on the fins during defrosting.The laboratory conducted simulations to reproduce the occurrence of low pressure ratio during defrosting.When the wind speed across the fins exceeds 3m/s during defrosting,low pressure ratio may occur.A windproof net was installed around the heat pump unit,and after running for a heating season,there were no similar compressor damages,indicating an effective solution to the problem.关键词
