摘要
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to numerically simulate the half-sine shock wave generated by rub-ber in drop shock tests,to understand the problem that the wave formed in the case of large-mass rubber is far different from the wave formed by traditional theoretical calculation,and to guide the design and de-bugging of the drop shock tests.Considering the mass of rubber,a mechanical model of multi-degree-of-freedom spring-mass system was established,and the motion equations of the mechanical model were com-bined and solved.The acceleration response calculated by the model was verified by the actual test accel-eration response,and then the sensitivity analysis of related parameters was carried out.The acceleration response obtained by solving the mechanical model is basically agreeable with that measured in the actual test in terms of amplitude and pulse width,and the change trend is roughly consistent,which is more real-istic than that found in the wave formed by traditional theoretical calculation.The mechanical model of multi-degree-of-freedom spring-mass system can more realistically simulate the acceleration response generated by the large-mass rubber waveform generator,and can be used to design and debug drop shock tests.关键词
