Abstract
As China's urban development shifts towards a more refined and high-quality approach,the principles guiding the provision of public service facilities are evolving from ensuring basic living needs to satisfying people-oriented demand-and achieving high-quality equilibrium.The conventional index-based allocation model can no longer meet the needs of development in the new context.Using the land layout planning for elementary and secondary schools in Sanya City as a case study,this paper analyzes the mismatch between supply and demand in these schools by examining population trends and spatial distribution characteristics,supplemented by detailed spatial quantitative evaluation.Based on this analysis,the paper constructs an adaptive correlation network between residential population and school spaces,pro-viding a foundation for optimizing the land allocation for elementary and secondary schools.In addition,in response to the challenges encountered in the renewal of old urban areas,the paper proposes spatial strategies such as differential index guidance,flexible land use control,and diversified land supply,ensuring the feasibility of build-ing basic education facilities in Sanya City.关键词
