为解决锂离子电池在负极上形成固体电解质界面(SEI)消耗活性Li+,并导致初始库仑效率(ICE)较低和容量衰减的问题,对石墨负极进行锂箔间隔补锂,研究负极补锂量及工艺对电池性能的影响.负极补锂可弥补电池活性锂的损失,与未补锂的电池A相比,补锂 12.76%的电池B在化成过程中的首次充放电效率提高 7.54 个百分点,常温下以 1.00 C在2.50~3.65 V循环445 次的容量保持率提高2.77 个百分点;补锂22.34%的电池C首次充放电效率提高9.24 个百分点,容量保持率提高 4.06 个百分点.在预化成后对电池C进行 45℃高温静置,更有利于锂源的嵌入和电池性能的发挥.

In order to solve the problem that the formation of a solid electrolyte interface(SEI)on the anode of Li-ion battery consumes active Li+,resulting in low initial Coulombic efficiency(ICE)and capacity attenuation,lithium foil interval lithium supplementation is carried out on the graphite anode,the effect of lithium supplementation amount and process on the battery performance is studied.Lithium supplementation at anode can make up for the loss of active lithium in the battery.Compared with battery A without lithium supplementation,the initial charge-discharge efficiency of battery B supplemented with 12.76%lithium is increased by 7.54 percentage points during the formation process,the capacity retention rate of 1.00 C cycles at room temperature for 445 cycles in 2.50-3.65 V is increased by 2.77 percentage points.The initial charge-discharge efficiency of battery C with 22.34%lithium supplementation is increased by 9.24 percentage points,the capacity retention rate is increased by 4.06 percentage points.The high temperature static of battery C at 45℃after preformation is more conducive to the embedding of the lithium source and the battery performance.
