摘要

Abstract

By using bamboo experienced γ-ray irradiation as raw materials,bamboo carbon electrode materials are prepared through the one-step microwave carbonization process.The physical properties of bamboo carbon samples with different doses of γ-ray irradiation are characterized by low-temperature N2 adsorption/desorption,XRD and SEM tests.The electrochemical capacitive performances are tested by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests.The influence law is studied for the γ-ray irritation on the capacitive performance of the bamboo carbon samples.The optimum irradiation dose is 1 million Gy.The optimized bamboo carbon AC-100 sample shows the specific surface of 988 m2/g with an average pore size of 2.38 nm.The bamboo carbon is used as the active material to prepare electrode,the supercapacitor is assembled by using 6 mol/L KOH solution as the electrolyte.When charged and discharged in 0-1 V,it shows good rate capability and cycle stability.The specific discharge capacitance reaches 295 F/g at 0.2 A/g.When the current is increased to 10.0 A/g,the specific capacitance is still 244 F/g.The capacitance retention rate is 99.5%after 5 000 cycles at 0.2 A/g.
