Low Carbon Optimal Dispatch Strategy for Electricity Based on Dynamic Carbon Emission Factors
基于利用动态碳排放因子变化规律引导用户改变用能曲线,实现低碳减排,提出一种基于动态碳排放因子的电力低碳优化调度策略.以动态碳排放因子为引导信号,通过储能系统和可调度负荷的电力低碳特性引导用户侧进行低碳激励型响应,改变储能系统的充放电和可调度负荷的运行状态;有效利用动态碳排放因子变化规律,将实时的碳排放量守恒原则扩展到调度周期内,有序引导用户侧改变用能曲线.最后,通过算例分析对比验证所提策略的有效性和先进性.
A low carbon optimisation scheduling strategy based on the dynamic carbon emission factor is proposed to guide the user to change the energy consumption curves to achieve low carbon emission reduction by utilizing the changing laws of dynamic carbonemission factors.Taking the dynamic carbon emission factor as the guiding signal,the low carbon characteristics of the energy storage system and dispatchable load are used to guide the user side to make low carbon incentive responses and change the charging and discharging of the energy storage system and the operation state of the dispatchable load.The dynamic carbon emission factor changing rule is effectively utilized to extend the real-time carbon emission conservation principle to the scheduling cycle,so as to guide the user side to change the energy consumption curve in an orderly manner.Finally,the effectiveness and advancement of the proposed strategy are verified by the comparison with example analysis.
