中成药联合西医常规治疗围绝经期女性情绪障碍的网状Meta分析
Network meta-analysis of Chinese patent medicine combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of Emotional Disorder in Perimenopausal Women
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese patent medicine combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of emotional disorder in perimenopausal women.Methods:CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,SinoMed,Co-chrane Library,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science were retrieved to acquire randomized controlled trials of Chinese patent medi-cine in the treatment of emotional disorder in perimenopausal women.RevMan 5.4 and Stata 15 were used to analyze the data.Re-sults:Network meta-analysis showed that in the aspect of improve clinical effective,Shugan granule combined with conventional western medicine treatment had the best effect.In the aspect of reducing HAMD,Danzhi Xiaoyao pill combined with conventional western medicine treatment had the best effect.In the aspect of reducing HAMA,Kuntai capsule combined with conventional western medicine treatment had the best effect.In the aspect of reducing KI,Wuling capsule combined with conventional western medicine treatment had the best effect.In the aspect of regulate sex hormone,Kuntai capsules with conventional Western medicine treatment had the best effect.In the aspect of reducing adverse reactions,Xuefuzhuyu capsule/oral liquid with conventional West-ern medicine treatment had the best effect.Conclusion:Chinese patent medicines with conventional Western medicine are effective in the treatment of emotional disorder in perimenopausal women and each has its own advantages.However,due to the limitations of the quantity and quality of the included literatures,higher quality studies are needed in the future.关键词
