组织纤维化是多种慢性疾病致残、致死的重要原因之一,它的预防及治疗也是医学界的主要难题.肌成纤维细胞是组织纤维化进展过程中的核心作用细胞.谷氨酰胺分解代谢可为肌成纤维细胞的激活和增殖提供能量.谷氨酰胺酶是谷氨酰胺分解代谢过程中的关键酶和起始酶,对谷氨酰胺功能的实现起着至关重要的作用.本文介绍了谷氨酰胺酶在组织纤维化中的作用及相关信号通路.此外,分析了以谷氨酰胺酶为靶点的组织纤维化治疗策略.总之,谷氨酰胺酶有望成为治疗组织纤维化的关键靶点,本文旨在为组织纤维化的研究提供一定的参考.

Tissue fibrosis is one of the important causes of disability and mortality in various chronic diseases,and its preven-tion and treatment are also major challenges in the medical field.Myofibroblasts are the core involved in the progression of tissue fi-brosis.Glutaminolysis can provide energy for the activation and proliferation of myofibroblasts.Glutaminase is a key and initiating enzyme in the process of glutaminolysis and plays a crucial role in the realization of glutamine function.In this paper,the role of glutaminase in tissue fibrosis and related signaling pathways are introduced.In addition,the treatment strategies for tissue fibrosis targeting glutaminase are also analyzed.In conclusion,glutaminase is expected to be a key target for the treatment of tissue fibro-sis,and this paper aims to provide some reference for research on tissue fibrosis.
