牙周致病菌与脑梗死关联机制的研究
Study on the correlation mechanism between periodontal pathogens and cerebral infarction
摘要
Abstract
Periodontitis is a chronic inflammatory disease caused by a variety of microbial ecological disorders,which is associ-ated with cardiovascular disease.The possible biological mechanism is that inflammatory mediators released by periodontitis enter the bloodstream and cause systemic low-grade chronic inflammation.Periodontal pathogens are closely related to the occurrence of hypertension and atherosclerosis,which further leads to the development of cerebral infarction.Periodontal pathogens are closely related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of cerebral infarction.This paper describes the relationship between peri-odontitis and cerebral infarction,and probes into the possible mechanism of periodontal pathogenic bacteria affecting cerebral infarc-tion,which brings consideration to the further study of the interaction between periodontitis and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.关键词
