中医湿性体质研究现状与发展路向OACSTPCD

In recent years,research on dampness-prone constitution has become a focus within the field of TCM constitution studies.This paper systematically reviews advancements in this area,highlighting significant achievements in the development of quantitative diagnostic standards and auxiliary identification techniques,elucidation of characteristics and scientific implications related to dampness-prone constitution,and the understanding of correlations between damp-ness-prone constitution and diseases,including mechanisms of herbal interventions for constitution adjustment.Recogniz-ing the current limitations in dampness-prone constitution research,three primary directions are proposed for future stud-y:(1)advancing objective identification technologies for dampness-prone constitution using big data support;(2)de-veloping animal models and translating TCM constitution characteristics into modern scientific language;and(3)conduc-ting high-level evidence research on the correlation between dampness-prone constitution and diseases,establishing an evaluation system for constitution adjustment interventions.This work aims to provide a reference framework for further stud-ies on dampness-prone constitution in TCM.
