中医湿证人群早期预警与干预的研究探索
Exploratory research on early warning and intervention of people with dampness syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine

Abstract
Dampness syndrome is a critical target in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for the early prevention of chronic diseases.Early warning,detection,prevention,and intervention for dampness syndrome are crucial for imple-menting TCM's"preventive treatment of disease"approach and managing chronic health conditions effectively.This paper proposes key perspectives on establishing a comprehensive early warning and intervention system for dampness syndrome,including:(1)creating an integrative identification framework that combines subjective and objective indicators for damp-ness-prone populations;(2)developing a comprehensive dampness warning model based on meteorological data,in-tegrating TCM constitutional theory,and the Five Movements and Six Climates theory;(3)advancing systems biology re-search on dampness syndrome to identify early warning biomarkers;(4)establishing a stable cohort of individuals in damp-prone regions to study incidence patterns and assess intervention efficacy;and(5)conducting clinical studies on TCM in-terventions to standardize health-preserving strategies for dampness-prone individuals.These efforts aim to shift chronic disease management to an earlier phase.关键词
