摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish the dampness syndrome model by intraperitoneal injection of low-dose li-popolysaccharide(LPS)in rats.Methods 30 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,LPS 600 μg/kg group and LPS 1 200 μg/kg group.The general condition,body weight,water intake and intake of the rats were assessed.Splenic macrophages and CD4+T cell subsets were detected.Serum biochemical,interleuhin(IL)-1 β,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and γ-interferon(1FN-γ)levels were detected.HE staining was used to detect the pathological changes of liver,lung and kidney.The positive expression of CD86 in lung and kidney tissues was detected by immunohis-tochemistry.Results Compared with normal group,LPS group rats lost weight,overall posture was more sluggish,slow gait,slow response to stimulation,perianal filth.The levels of albumin and blood lipid were decreased(P<0.05),M1 macrophages of spleen were activated(P<0.01),and serum IL-1 β level was increased(P<0.05).Liver,lung and kidney tissues showed certain damage,with infiltration of M1 macrophages in lung and kidney tissues.Conclusion This model can be regarded as a stable and reliable animal model of pathogenic factor wet syndrome.
