清脂化瘀膏对痰湿体质肥胖人群的干预效果
Intervention effects of Qingzhi Huayu Ointment on obesity in individuals with phlegm-dampness constitution
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingzhi Huayu Ointment in individuals with obesity and phlegm-dampness constitution.Methods A non-randomized controlled study was conducted with 82 par-ticipants with phlegm-dampness obesity.The participants were divided into three groups:a control group(n=22)re-ceiving dietary and exercise intervention;observation Group A(n=30)taking oral Qingzhi Huayu Ointment;and obser-vation Group B(n=30)receiving both the ointment and dietary and exercise intervention for two months.Changes in TCM constitution scores and obesity-related indicators before and after intervention were observed,along with safety as-sessments throughout the study.Results Dropout rates were as follows:4 in the control group(18 completed),10 in observation Group A(20 completed),and 8 in observation Group B(22 completed).After intervention,all three groups showed a significant reduction in phlegm-dampness scores(P＜0.05),though inter-group differences were not statisti-cally significant(P＞0.05).All three groups exhibited significant decreases in weight,waist circumference,BMI,and o-besity degree,and an increase in Inbody scores(P＜0.05).In the second month,both observation Groups maintained a greater downward trend in weight and waist circumference compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Observation Group B demonstrated a more rapid increase in Inbody scores in the first month(P＜0.05)and greater reductions in BMI and obe-sity degree by the end of the intervention(P＜0.05).Safety indicators(ECG,liver,and renal function)showed no sig-nificant abnormalities post-intervention in the observation groups(P＞0.05),and no adverse reactions were observed during the study.Conclusion Qingzhi Huayu Ointment is safe and effective for improving phlegm-dampness constitu-tion and obesity.It may have added benefits in weight reduction and obesity-related health when combined with diet and exercise,suggesting a potential preventive role in obesity and its associated complications.关键词
