痰湿质不同兼夹类型的代谢特征分析
Metabolic characteristics of different complicated types in phlegm-dampness constitution

Abstract
Objective To investigate the metabolic characteristics of phlegm-dampness constitution individuals with different complicated constitution types.Methods A cross-sectional epidemiological survey was conducted with participants from a health management center.TCM constitution types and metabolic indicators were assessed.Results A total of 437 individuals with phlegm-dampness constitution were included,with 246 males(56.3％)and 191 females(43.7％),average age of(47.71±12.17)years.Pure phlegm-dampness was observed in 44 cases(10.1％),while phlegm-dampness with complex types accounted for 393 cases(89.9％).The top three complicated types were phlegm-dampness with damp-heat(108 cases,24.7％),phlegm-dampness with qi deficiency(61 cases,14.0％),and phlegm-dampness with blood stasis(51 cases,11.7％).Significant differences in sex,BMI,uric acid,and triglyceride levels were observed among the various complex constitution types(P＜0.05).Conclusion The majority of individuals with phlegm-dampness constitution also exhibit damp-heat or qi deficiency.Women frequently present with damp-heat,qi stagnation,and yang deficiency,while men primarily exhibit damp-heat and qi deficiency.Those with phlegm-dampness complicated by qi deficiency demonstrate more pronounced metabolic abnormalities compared to other types.关键词
