Research progress of mesenchymal stem cell therapy in pulmonary hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Pulmonary hypertension(PH)is a clinical pathophysiological syndrome characterized by a progressive increase in pulmonary vascular resistance and is often associated with various disease complications.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)possess unique properties,including the ability to home to damaged tissues,repair functionality,and par-ticipate in the regulation of systemic inflammation and immune responses,making them a promising candidate for clinical applications.This article reviews recent preclinical studies on the application of MSCs in the treatment of pulmonary hyper-tension,aiming to provide scientific evidence for future clinical practices.关键词
