双金属复合管机械复合制备工艺研究进展
Research Progress on Mechanical Composite and Manufacturing Process of Bimetallic Composite Tube

Abstract
Bimetallic composite tube has the comprehensive performance advantages of bimetallic materials and demonstrates significant application potential in sectors such as petrochemicals,energy generation,marine engineering,refrigeration equipment,and automotive industries.Mechanical composite processes,characterized by high precision and superior mechanical properties in tube forming,and relatively lower production costs,have become pivotal in the fabrication of bimetallic composite tubes.This paper categorized mechanical lining processes into expansion and contraction methods based on the direction of diameter variation.It systematically discussed the technical characteristics and research advancements of drawing,rolling pressing,rolling swaging,bulging and spinning in terms of interface bonding strength,primary forming defects,key control factors,and production efficiency.Furthermore,it summarized the forming defects and related research contents that mechanical composite processes urgently need to address,and provided insights into future trends in bimetallic composite tube manufacturing technologies.关键词
