理肺汤联合布地奈德福莫特罗对支气管哮喘患儿气道重塑及血清Eotaxin水平的影响
Impacts of Lifei Decoction combined with Budesonide/Formoterol on airway remodeling and serum Eotaxin level in children with bronchial asthma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Lifei Decoction combined with Budesonide/Formoterol in treating bronchial asthma(BA)in children and its effects on airway remodeling and serum Eotaxin levels.Methods A total of 112 children with BA from September 2001 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups:the TCM-western medicine group(n=56)and the western medicine group(n=56).The western medicine group received Budes-onide/Formoterol inhalation,while the TCM-western medicine group received Lifei Decoction in addition to the inhalation treatment.The two groups were compared regarding treatment efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,air-way remodeling indicators,serum Eotaxin levels,and incidence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate in the TCM-western medicine group was 92.86％,significantly higher than the 78.57％in the western medicine group(P＜0.05).Both groups showed significant reductions in traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores after treatment(P＜0.05),with the TCM-western medicine group showing a more pronounced decrease(P＜0.05).Levels of airway remodeling indicators,including basic fibroblast growth factor(b-FGF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and platelet-derived growth factor-BB(PDGF-BB),significantly decreased in both groups,with greater reductions in the TCM-western medicine group(P＜0.05).Serum Eotaxin levels also decreased significantly in both groups,with the TCM-western medicine group having lower levels than the western medicine group(P＜0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions was 14.29％in the western medicine group and 8.93％in the TCM-western medicine group,with no significant difference between groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Lifei Decoction combined with Budesonide/Formoterol is effective in treating children with bronchial asthma,improving traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and bronchial func-tion,inhibiting airway remodeling,and demonstrating high safety.关键词
