42CrMo钢与锡青铜在不同压力条件下的扩散连接性能研究
Study on the Diffusion Bonding Performance of 42CrMo Steel and Tin Bronze under Different Pressure

Abstract
To study the diffusion bonding mechanism of high-strength structural steel and tin bronze,the connection of tin bronze and 42CrMo steel was achieved by vacuum diffusion bonding technology at different vacuum pressures,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints were studied using scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectrometer,and universal testing machine.The results show that when the diffusion bonding temperature is 850℃and the holding time is 30 min,as the vacuum pressure increases,the defects in the bonding area gradually decrease,and the shear strength of the joint increases first and then decreases with the increase of vacuum pressure;the maximum strength of 122 MPa is achieved at a vacuum pressure of 4 MPa.Under the high-angle backscattered electron microscopy,the bonding area is bonded well without the formation of intermetallic compounds,and a diffusion layer of about 1 μm is formed.The fracture surface shows a mixed fracture characteristic.关键词
