Abstract
In order to study the effects of different welding torch shielding gases on the microstructure and properties of B10 alloy MIG/MAG welded joints,helium and carbon dioxide gas were added to argon,and the microstructure,mechanical properties,technological properties and corrosion properties of B10 alloy MIG/MAG welded plates under three kinds of welding torch shielding gases were tested.The results show that the weld microstructure of the welded joints under the three shielding gases is dendritic α-phase,and the heat-affected zone microstructure is twinned α-phase,with no obvious difference.The average tensile strength of the joint is 344 MPa,345 MPa and 339 MPa,respectively,and the fracture locations of the joint occurs in the base metal,which is higher than the standard lower limit value of the base metal.Under the condition that the bending radius is equal to 4 times the thickness of the specimen and the bending angle is 180°,the bending performance is good.The hardness of the weld and heat affected zone is lower than that of the base metal.The uniform full immersion corrosion rates of the welded specimens under the three protective gases are similar,but in the seawater erosion corrosion test,the corrosion amount of the 97.5%Ar+2.5%CO2 welding protective gas is the highest,the corrosion amount of the 99.99%Ar welding protective gas is the second,and the 80%Ar+20%He welding protective gas has the smallest corrosion amount.关键词
