CT110连续管用板材在固液两相流下的抗冲蚀性能分析
Analysis of Erosion Resistance Performance of CT110 Coiled Tubing under Solid-liquid Two-phase Flow

Abstract
In order to study the erosion resistance performance of coiled tubing during fracturing,CT110 steel plate is used as the main research material for sand-containing erosion tests to measure the erosion wear degree of the pipe under different conditions.The results show that with the erosion rate increasing from 23 m/s to 33 m/s and 43 m/s,the erosion amount of CT110 steel plate increases by 7.31 times and 18.82 times respectively,and the absolute erosion amount per unit time increases exponentially.With the increase of erosion time,the erosion amount presents an obvious upward trend,but the trend gradually becomes flat.When the erosion angle is 15°,the absolute erosion amount of CT110 steel plate is 0.024 6 g/min and the absolute erosion rate is 7.455×10-4 g/(min·m·s-1),and the absolute erosion amount and absolute erosion rate per unit time have little change at 60° and 90°.The erosion test results show that 2507 stainless steel has the best erosion resistance performance,the absolute erosion rate is 9.09×10-5 g/(min·m·s-1),CT110 is second,and 42CrMo is relatively poor.关键词
