基于热弹塑性有限元法的加筋板初始缺陷与极限强度研究
Research on Initial Imperfections and Ultimate Strength of a Stiffened Plate under Thermal Elastic-plastic Finite Element Method

Abstract
In order to investigate the influence of rigid welding boundary conditions on the deformation,residual stress and ultimate strength of a stiffened plate after welding.Based on thermal elastic-plastic finite element method,a stiffened plate was simulated by Abaqus software under different welding boundary conditions.The deformation and residual stress of the stiffened plate after welding were applied to the model as initial imperfection,and the ultimate strength was calculated.When the stiffened plate is welded under rigid welding boundary conditions,the deflection deformation of the plate is small,the transverse residual stress is large,the lateral-torsional buckling of the stiffener is large,and the ultimate strength is small.Under the free welding boundary condition,the deflection deformation of the plate is large,the longitudinal residual stress is small,the lateral-torsional buckling of the stiffener is small,and the ultimate strength of the stiffened plate is large.The difference of ultimate strength of stiffened plates is small under different rigid constraints.The rigid welding boundary conditions have great influence on the post-welding deformation and the transverse and longitudinal residual stress of the stiffened plate,but little influence on the ultimate strength.The failure mode of the stiffened plate is the failure of the stiffener under compression load.Combined with the influence of welding residual stress,the influence of deflection deformation on the ultimate strength of the stiffened plate is weakened,and the ultimate strength of the stiffened plate is the highest under the free welding boundary condition.关键词
