Development of 125V High Strength High Toughness and Heat Resistant SEW Casing

Abstract
In order to meet the demand for high-strength,high toughness,and heat-resistant casing in the exploitation of deep unconventional oil and gas resources,a Cr-Mo-Nb-V-Ti microalloyed hot-rolled coil was designed.By using the combination of high frequency welding+hot stretch reducing+full body quenching and tempering heat treatment,a high strength,high toughness and heat resistant SEW casing of 125V steel grade with Φ139.7 mm×12.7 mm has been developed.The results show that the weld seam of the casing has good uniformity with the base material,and the strength and toughness match is excellent.The average yield strength reaches 956 MPa,the average tensile strength is above 1 006 MPa,the average elongation reaches 24%,and the yield strength at 300℃decreases by 11.7%.The average transverse impact energy of the pipe at 0℃reaches 90 J,and the average anti-extrusion strength of the pipe body is 190.33 MPa,which is better than the required value of API TR 5C3 standard by more than 33%.It can meet the requirements of on-site operations.关键词
