Abstract
In order to solve the technical problems of drag fracturing,drilling and grinding bridge plug in deep wells,ultra-deep wells and extended reach horizontal wells,and improve the comprehensive performance of internal pressure resistance,external pressure resistance,fatigue life and plasticity of CT130 coiled tubing,CT130Q grade Φ50.8 mm×4.44 mm coiled tubing was developed by tempering and heat treatment.The test results show that the yield trength of CT130Q coiled tubing is 948 MPa,the tensile strength is 1 056 MPa,the elongation is 21.5%,the hardness is less than 31HRC,the metallograph is mainly tempered sortenite,the grain size is 12.5,and the microstructure is uniform and the grain size is finer than that of conventional CT130 coiled tubing.All performance indicators meet the standard requirements.It has higher resistance to internal pressure(191.7 MPa)and external pressure(168.0 MPa),which is greatly improved compared with the conventional CT130 coiled tubing,and the bending fatigue life(309 times)is increased by 40%compared with the conventional CT130 coiled tubing(230 times).Compared with conventional CT130 coiled tubing of the same specification,CT130Q coiled tubing has stable mechanical properties,lower yield ratio,better plasticity and toughness,and can withstand greater impact and deformation in the well.In the well operation of a shale gas block in Sichuan province,the maximum fatigue is 23.81%,and the fatigue life is increased by 10%~15%under the same working conditions,and the working efficiency and safety are greatly improved.关键词
