Abstract

The water-washing method is widely used as a pretreatment method for fly ash incinerated by municipal solid waste,which is conducive to further solidification/stabilization treatment or resource recovery of fly ash.The water-washing of fly ash contains many chlorides and trace heavy metals,and direct discharge will cause serious environmental problems.Optimizing the treatment process of fly ash water-washing solution and realizing the resource utilization of water lotion has become the industry's inevitable trend of green development.The source,composition and hazard of fly ash liquid were briefly overviewed.In view of the large amount of chlorine salts and trace heavy metals in fly ash liquid,the following treatment methods were described:chemical precipitation method was adopted to remove heavy metals from the liquid.The methods of reverse osmosis,evaporation crystallization and electrodialysis were used to remove chlorine salts from fly ash washing.The way of resource utilization of water washing solution as put forward,which could recover sodium chloride,potassium chloride and other chlorides from water wash solution and precipitate calcium carbonate through carbon dioxide mineralization reaction.It was expected to provide a theoretical reference for green and sustainable fly ash water-washing solution treatment processes.
