Path of legalization of coordinated development of wetland ecological economy under the background of new quality productivity
摘要
Abstract
The proposal of new quality productivity provides a new opportunity for the coordinated development of wetland eco-economy in China.Based on the theoretical connotation and ecological attributes of new quality productivity,it is of great practical significance to explore the coupling relationship between new quality productivity concept and wetland eco-economy under the legal framework.Based on the status quo and dilemma of wetland pollution and wetland management legal system in China,this paper proposes measures to improve the legal system of wetland ecological compensation,innovat wetland multi-subject protection mechanism,improve urban wetland planning and design,strengthen wetland infrastructure construction,and develop wetland ecology and production technology to promote wetland ecological conservation and high-quality development of wetland economy.It provides reference for the implementation of new quality productivity and the sound operation of ecological governance.关键词
