苔藓重金属质量分数的时间变化及环境指示作用OACSTPCD

大气重金属污染正在对环境和人类健康构成严重威胁.为了筛选适宜环境监测的苔藓指示种,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定 4个不同年代采集的 3种苔藓体内Cr、Mn、Cu、Zn、Cd和Pb等 6种重金属元素质量分数,比较分析了不同苔藓富集重金属元素的能力.结果表明,3种苔藓对所有重金属具有较强的累积能力,其中,以Cd的富集能力最强,系数为 2.35,对Cr、Mn、Cu、Zn和Pb的富集范围分别为 1.03、1.25、1.81、1.39和 1.54 mg/kg,除了部分重金属元素的浓度表现出波动外,多数元素表现出恒定和线性的累积趋势.富集系数分析显示,木灵藓的富集系数最高,其次为刺叶提灯藓,再次为山羽藓.重金属元素间的相关性分析结果显示,重金属的来源比较复杂.

Atmospheric heavy metal contaminations is posing a serious threat to environmental and human health.To select suitable moss monitoring species,ICP-MS method was used to determine the content of 6 heavy metals,including chromium(Cr),manganese(Mn),copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),cadmium(Cd)and lead(Pb)in three species of moss were collected different year and comparative analysis of the heavy metal enrichment ability of different moss species.The results shows that,3 moss species had strong accumulation ability for all heavy metals,among which Cd had the strongest enrichment ability at 2.35,and the enrichment ranges for Cr,Mn,Cu,Zn,and Pb were 1.03,1.25,1.81,1.39,and 1.54 mg/kg,respectively.Most elements showed a constant and linear accumulation trend.The enrichment coefficient analysis showed that the enrichment coefficient was the highest,followed by Orthotrichum anomalum Hedw.and Abietinella abietina(Hedw.)M.Fleisch.The correlation analysis results of heavy metal elements showed that the sources of heavy metals were relatively complex.
