摘要

Abstract

This paper intends to accelerate the efficient and clean utilization of mine gas.The study works by conducting the experiments on kinetic effects of gas hydrate formation process at different ratios of gelling gum to L-tryptophan in NiMnGa suspension by using a static methane hydrate synthesis experimental device,and exploring the effects of gelling gum and L-tryptophan on the kinetics of gas hydrate formation.The results show that in the L-tryptophan system with a mass fraction of 0.03%,with the increase of the mass fraction of the gelled adhesive,the gas consumption and gas consumption rate of the hydrate de-crease,and the 0.3%gelled adhesive system has a better promoting effect,which is 5.8 times the gas con-sumption of the 0.6%system.Adding a small amount of L-tryptophan to the mass fraction system with gelled adhesives of 0.3%can promote the kinetic process of methane hydrate formation.The 0.5%L-tryp-tophan system shortens the induction time by 95.56%compared to the single gelled adhesive system,and the gas consumption and gas consumption rate increase by 22.9 times and 36.1 times,respectively.This study can provide reference for promoting the rapid generation of gas hydrates in static systems.
