为提高黄瓜秧苗质量,以黄瓜"津优35号"为试材,研究不同浓度人参茎叶总皂苷对黄瓜种子萌发和秧苗生长的影响.结果表明:适宜质量浓度(50~100 mg/L)的人参茎叶总皂苷可以促进黄瓜种子的萌发;25~100 mg/L处理秧苗生长较好,对株高、茎粗、地上部干质量、地下部干质量及壮苗指数均有一定的促进作用;50~100 mg/L处理有利于提高黄瓜秧苗根系活力、叶绿素含量、叶片可溶性糖以及可溶性蛋白质含量;150 mg/L和200 mg/L处理不利于黄瓜种子萌发及秧苗的生长.隶属函数综合评价表现:种子萌发100 mg/L处理最好,综合评分0.941;秧苗生长50 mg/L处理最好,综合评分0.951.综合分析认为,50~100 mg/L人参茎叶总皂苷能促进黄瓜种子的萌发以及改善秧苗质量.

In order to improve the quality of cucumber seedlings,the effects of ginsenoside of stems and leaves with different concentrations on cucumber seed germination and seedling growth were studied with cucumber"Jinyou 35"as the test material.The results showed that the optimum concen-tration of ginsenoside of stems and leaves could promote the germination of cucumber seeds,and the treatment with 50-100 mg/L was better.The seedling growth was well treated with 25-100 mg/L,which had certain promoting effects on plant height,stem diameter,aboveground dry weight,under-ground dry weight and strong seedling index.50-100 mg/L was beneficial to improve the root activ-ity,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar and soluble protein content of cucumber seedlings.150 mg/L and 200 mg/L were not conducive to seed germination and seedling growth of cucumber.The compre-hensive evaluation of the membership function showed that seed germination was best at 100 mg/L,and the comprehensive score was 0.941.Seedling growth was best at 50 mg/L,with a comprehensive score of 0.951.The results showed that 50-100 mg/L ginsenosides of stems and leaves could promote the germination of cucumber seeds and seedling growth.
