基于2011-2021年我国31个省(区、市)数据测算了农业碳排放总量,采用脱钩模型、莫兰指数检验和空间杜宾模型,从区域差异视角探讨了我国农业碳排放的时空特征及影响因素.结果表明:(1)我国农业碳排放量具有显著的地区差异性,碳排放量呈"东高西低"的分布格局;(2)农业碳排放存在显著正向空间溢出效应,农业总产值对农业碳排放有"减碳效应",农业机械化水平和土地生产率等有"增碳效应";(3)我国农业碳排放整体呈现正向空间聚集特征,不同地区具有不同的脱钩特征.基于此,从实施区域差异策略、加大农业科技投入、高位推动政策措施3个方面提出了一些政策建议,以期推动中国农业向低碳、可持续方向发展.

This study calculates the total agricultural carbon emissions based on the data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2021.Using decoupling model,Moran index test and spatial Durbin model,this study explores the spatiotemporal characteristics and influencing factors of China's agricultural carbon emissions from the perspective of regional differences.The results show that:(1)There are significant regional differences in carbon emissions from agriculture in China,with carbon emissions showing a"high in the east and low in the west"characteristic.(2)There is a significant positive spatial spillover effect on agricultural carbon emissions,with the total agricultural output value having a"carbon reduction effect"on agricultural carbon emissions,and the level of agricultural mechanization and fiscal investment having a"carbon increase effect".(3)China's overall agricultural carbon emissions show a positive spatial clustering feature,and different regions have different decoupling characteristics.Based on this,policy recommendations are proposed from three aspects:implementing regional differentiation strategies,increasing agricultural technology investment,and promoting high-level policy measures,in order to promote the development of Chinese agriculture towards low-carbon and sustainable direction.
