靶向预警信息发布系统设计与应用研究——以广州市为例
DESIGN AND APPLICATION OF TARGETED EARLY WARNING INFORMATION RELEASE SYSTEM:A CASE STUDY OF GUANGZHOU
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the current application of targeting technology still can't send early warning information to real-time crowd in disaster areas,this paper adopts Geographic Information System and big data analysis technology for operators to study the push strategy for precise regional early warning applying targeting technology and Short Messaging Service(SMS)release advantage.We designed Guangzhou targeted early warning information release system.The examples show that:Compared with the design like group sending and zoning broadcasting,this system provides targeted,fast and full coverage services,which enables early warning information to reach the affected populations accurately.关键词
