基于主成分分析法的广西农业科技园区科技成果转化水平综合评价OACSTPCD
Comprehensive Evaluation of Transformation Level of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Guangxi Agricultural Science and Technology Park Based on Principal Component Analysis Method
基于2020-2022年认定的46个广西农业科技园区年度绩效评估的统计数据,构建了广西农业科技园区科技成果转化水平评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对园区科技成果转化水平进行综合评价,识别关键影响因素,为优化园区科技成果转化策略与提升整体转化水平提供参考.结果表明:园区科技成果转化水平总体不高,整体分布也不均衡,各园区在科技成果转化不同环节上的表现存在差异.基于此,提出坚持因园施策,促进园区均衡发展;聚焦发展瓶颈,提升成果转化水平;强化生态体系建设,推动成果转化落地,以此实现农业现代化发展.
Based on the statistical data of the annual performance evaluation of 46 agricultural science and technology parks in Guangxi from 2020 to 2022,the evaluation index system of the transformation level of scientific and technological achievements in Guangxi agricultural science and technology parks was constructed,and the principal component analysis method and cluster analysis method were used to comprehensively evaluate the transformation level of scientific and technological achievements in the parks and identify key influencing factors,in order to provide reference for optimizing the transformation strategy of scientific and technological achievements in the park and improving the overall transformation level.The results show that the transformation level of scientific and technological achievements in the park is generally not high.The overall distribution of the transformation level of scientific and technological achievements in the park is unbalanced.The performance of different parks in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is different.Based on this,it is proposed to adhere to the policy based on the park,promote the balanced development of the park,focus on development bottlenecks,improve the level of achievement transformation,strengthen the construction of the ecological system,and promote the transformation of achievements to achieve agricultural modernization.
