摘要
Abstract
The incidence rate of melanoma in the central nervous system is low and the prognosis is poor.However,the occurrence of malignant melanoma in the thoracic spinal dura during pregnancy is rare,and there are no relevant reports of successful treatment cases.This paper reports a case of pregnancy complicated with malignant melanoma of thoracic spinal cord,who had been admitted due to numbness and decreased sensation in both lower limbs during late pregnancy.The patient had been successfully diagnosed and treated through multidisciplinary collaboration among obstetrics department,neurology department,neurosurgery department,pathology department,and other disciplines.The delivery was performed by cesarean section at 37+2 weeks of pregnancy,and the newborn had an Apgar score of 10 at 1 minute and 5 minutes after birth;Sequential resection of lesions within the thoracic spinal canal was performed,with pathological findings indicating malignant melanoma of thoracic spinal cord.The patient has been followed up for 7 years and still survived,with good maternal and fetal outcomes and prognosis.关键词
