为提高水泥砂浆各项性能,文中测试水泥砂浆掺入不同比例铁尾矿粉时的流动性、抗压强度、抗折强度,分析铁尾矿粉对水泥砂浆性能的影响趋势.研究结果表明,水泥砂浆流动度、抗压和抗折强度均随着铁尾矿粉占比的提高呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,且在铁尾矿粉占比为20%时达到最大;铁尾矿粉的适量掺入可通过物理稀释效应促进水泥水化反应,提升砂浆早期强度以及流动性,但过高的掺量会因水泥比例减少而降低砂浆的强度,建议最佳掺量为20%.

In order to improve the properties of cement mortar,the fluidity,compressive and flexural strength of iron tailings powder in cement mortar were tested to analyze the influence trend of iron tailings powder on the properties of cement mortar,and the results showed that the flu-idity,compressive strength and flexural strength of cement mortar increased first and then decreased with the increase of the proportion of iron tailings powder,and reached the maximum when the proportion of iron tailings powder was 20%.At the same time,it is found that the appro-priate amount of iron tailings powder can promote the cement hydration reaction through the physical dilution effect,and improve the early strength and fluidity of the mortar,but too high the content will reduce the strength of the mortar due to the reduction of the cement ratio,and the optimal dosage is recommended to be 20%.
