摘要

Abstract

Based on a section of Fuzhou Metro Line 6 as the research background,three kinds of double-liquid grouting ratios under different geological conditions were proposed.Based on engineering practice,the construction control points and application effects of cement-water glass double liquid grouting in practical projects are summarized.The results show that the cement-water glass double-liquid grouting material has the characteristics of short early gelling time and high strength;The ground grouting reinforcement can be divided into three types.In actu-al construction,different grouting ratio and drilling parameters should be adopted according to the corresponding environment.In practical engi-neering,the grouting effect can be directly verified by calculating the grouting amount of cement and water glass double liquid slurry.The re-search results provide reference for the application and optimization of cement-water glass double-liquid grouting materials in the field of syn-chronous grouting of shield tunnel.
