摘要

Abstract

In this paper,lithium slag was used to prepare concrete grouting material.The test results show that there is a large amount of calci-um sulfate dihydrate in lithium slag,and its drying temperature should not exceed 110℃,extending the aging time of lithium slag can also re-duce the influence of lithium slag on fluidity.Lithium slag has certain expansion properties,with the increase of lithium slag content,the grou-ting shrinkage gradually decreases.When the content of lithium slag is less than 30%,the grouting material can meet the standard require-ments.Adding silica fume and reinforcing agent can further improve the performance of grouting material.The bond splitting tensile strength of the grouting material and the existing C30 concrete is 2.5 MPa,and the 30° slope shear strength is 12.4 MPa,which can well meet the needs of repair and reinforcement.
