Abstract
Pier column is the key bearing structure in bridge engineering,and the thickness of reinforcement protective layer directly affects the quality of pier column.The section size of the rectangular pier column with variable section changes linearly with the height of the pier.It is difficult to control the thickness of the protective layer of the pier column,and it is easy to be restricted by the field conditions.In order to im-prove the qualification rate of the steel bar protective layer and ensure the quality of the construction project,this paper analyzes the factors af-fecting the thickness of the steel bar protective layer in combination with the key and difficult points of the construction of the Hongying Bridge in Simianshan High-speed in Jiangjin District of Chongqing,and further proposes targeted control measures to reduce the installation errors of the steel bar skeleton,template errors and construction errors.Through a series of technical improvements,the passing rate of the thickness and quality of the reinforcement protective layer of the pier column of Hongying Bridge interface reaches 95.7%,which provides a specific case reference for similar construction projects in the future.关键词
