摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of wide distribution of non-road mobile machinery and lax emission supervision,a comprehensive management and control platform for non-road mobile machinery based on B/S architecture is designed.We took the urban area as the monitoring unit to remotely monitor the emission and operation status of non-road mobile machinery.Through general survey and registration system and vehicle terminal technology,the platform collected the basic information and operation status of non-road mobile machinery and visualized on the Web platform,so as to warn for machinery with excessive emissions.After the platform design was completed,it was deployed in Jingzhou City,Hubei Province.After more than a year of verification in real vehicles,the platform can run stably and achieve the expected results.
