不同结构形式对轻质支撑剪力墙结构的造价影响分析OA
Analysis of the Influence of Different Structural Types on the Cost of Light Supported Shear Wall Structure
文中以福建地区某高层建筑项目为例,对斜撑代替部分墙体、波形钢板剪力墙和轻型框剪墙三种结构形式在材料使用量、施工难度、工期及总造价方面的差异进行对比分析.结果表明,斜撑代替部分墙体的造价为286 元/m2,轻型框剪墙的造价为376 元/m2,波形钢板剪力墙的造价为450 元/m2.斜撑代替部分墙体的材料成本占比达 87%,而波形钢板剪力墙的设备和人工成本占比更大.结果表明,斜撑代替部分墙体结构形式在材料使用量、施工难度及设备费用方面均表现出显著优势,轻质支撑剪力墙结构形式是本案最佳选择.
Taking a high-rise building project in Fujian as an example,this paper compares and analyzes the differences in material usage,construction difficulty,construction period and total cost of three structural types:inclined brace instead of partial wall,corrugated steel plate shear wall and light frame shear wall.The results show that the cost of diagonal brace replacing part of the wall is 286 yuan/m2,the cost of light frame shear wall is 376 yuan/m2,and the cost of corrugated steel plate shear wall is 450 yuan/m2.The material cost of the diagonal brace replacing part of the wall accounts for 87%,while the equipment and labor cost of the corrugated steel plate shear wall accounts for a larger proportion.To sum up,the diagonal brace replacing part of the wall structure shows significant advantages in terms of material usage,construc-tion difficulty and equipment cost,and the light supported shear wall structure is the best choice in this case.
