Abstract
this paper in a construction project as an example,the key to explore the whole process of real estate project cost management,re-spectively summarizes the definition and decision-making,design and planning,project implementation,completion and delivery of four stages of cost management problems,and put forward the corresponding cost management measures,combined with the actual situation of the project from the rules and regulations,organization structure and responsibility distribution of the whole process of development cost management mode application points,in order to the ascension for the real estate development project economic benefit to provide useful reference.关键词
