Abstract
In order to optimize the selection of underground garage floor structure,the paper compares and analyzes the engineering cost of four kinds of floor structures:unbeamed underground garage floor,main beam underground garage floor,main and secondary beam underground garage floor,and dense rib-beam underground garage floor.The results show that the cost of unbeamed floor is the highest,which is 1 023.44 yuan/m2.In contrast,the cost of the main beam slab floor is 933.58 yuan/m2,saving 89.86 yuan/m2,the cost of the main and secondary beam floor is924.88 yuan/m2,saving98.56 yuan/m2,and the cost of the dense rib-beam floor(plastic mold shell hollow floor)is 714.01 yuan/m2.Compared with the floor without beam,it saves 309.43 yuan/m2.In summary,combined with the use of performance and construction level,reasonable selection of dense ribbed beam floor(plastic mold shell hollow floor)design scheme can obtain a larger garage space at a lower cost.关键词
