Abstract
In the context of carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality,as a gateway to the outside world,ports need to actively explore green and low-carbon development paths and achieve the goal of"zero carbon".Based on the activity data of a port and using the long-range energy alternatives planning system(LEAP)model,the baseline scenario,existing policy scenario and zero carbon scenario were set for the port for analysis,and the energy consumption and carbon emissions of the port under the three scenarios were simulated.On this basis,specific implementation paths were further planned in six aspects,such as new energy projects and energy saving and efficiency improvement projects.The results showed that compared with the baseline scenario and the existing policy scenario,the zero carbon scenario can further reduce carbon emissions by 24 275 t and 7 992 t.In order to meet the planning requirements of the zero carbon scenario,the port should build wind power,photovoltaic,energy storage and other energy systems to achieve 100%green electricity use.Energy-saving lamps and 10 kV high-voltage power supply should be used to significantly reduce energy consumption;Through the construction of 30 sets of shore power and the introduction of electric semitrailers,electric scrap handlers and other equipment,to achieve the port"oil to electricity","gas to electricity"ratio reached 100%.Excavating ditches and regulating sedimentation tanks for collecting sewage near the storage yard,and cooperating with hazardous waste treatment units to realize the recycling of resources.Environmental monitoring equipment,monitoring systems and carbon emission management platform should be built to improve the supervision level of port energy consumption and carbon emissions.In addition,1 860 tons of carbon credits should be purchased to offset the remaining carbon emissions.Combined with these implementation paths,the zero carbon scenario can help the port successfully achieve the"zero carbon"goal.关键词
