Abstract
Objective To investigate the quality of life and its influencing factors in young cancer survivors,and to provide references for the construction and implementation of targeted intervention programs.Methods A convenience sampling method was employed to conduct a cross-sectional survey on the quality of life,family functioning,and post-traumatic growth of 110 young cancer survivors.Multivariate linear regression analysis was applied to identify the factors influencing the quality of life of young cancer survivors.Results The quality of life scores[M(P25,P75)]for young cancer survivors were high in cognitive,physical,and emotional functioning,with scores of 83.33(66.67,100.00)points,73.33(33.33,93.33)points,and 66.67(50.00,75.00)points,respectively.Scores for nausea and vomiting,and diarrhea were low,with 16.67(0,50.00)points and 0(0,33.33)points,respectively.The overall health status score was 50.00(33.33,66.67)points.Except for cognitive functioning,all other domain scores of quality of life were statistically significantly different from the reference values(P<0.05).The family care and post-traumatic growth scores[M(P25,P75)]were 8.00(6.00,10.00)points and 55.00(43.00,70.00)points,respectively.Multivariate linear regression analysis indicated that family functioning,post-traumatic growth,and gender were the main factors influencing the quality of life of young cancer survivors(P<0.05).Conclusions The quality of life in young cancer survivors needs to be improved.Interventions can be based on positive psychology,aiming to enhance family functioning,promote post-traumatic growth,and implement gender-specific measures to effectively improve the quality of life.关键词
