经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症
Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy on lumbar disc herniation in adolescents

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy(PTED)in the treatment of adolescent lumbar disc herniation(ALDH).Methods PTED was used to treat 24 ALDH patients.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative time out of bed,and the occurrence of complications were recorded.The pain VAS was used to evaluate the pain degree,the ODI score was used to evaluate the lumbar and lower limb function,and the modified MacNab criteria were used to assess the efficacy.Results Patients were all fol-lowed up for 3～12 months.The operation time was 35～50(42.54±4.76)min,intraoperative bleeding volume was 12～20(16.41±2.35)ml,and postoperative time out of bed was 6～48(14.79±5.14)h.The operation was smoothly completed,without complications such as dural sac tear,epidural hematoma,neurovascular injury,and inci-sion infection.At various postoperative periods,the VAS of low back pain and leg pain,and ODI scores were im-proved,compared with the preoperative period(P＜0.05),and they were gradually improved with time prolonging af-ter surgery(P＜0.05).At the final follow-up,the efficacy was evaluated according to the modified MacNab standard:12 cases were excellent,10 cases were good,and2 cases were poor,with an excellent-good rate of 22/24.Conclusions The use of PTED to treat ALDH can relieve the pain,and improve the function,and the efficacy is good.关键词
