摘要

Abstract

Potato planting soils in Guizhou are diverse,sticky,sandy,hardened and loose.For potatoes planted in differ-ent soil conditions,an adjustable hydraulic drive potato harvester for different soil was designed.By adjusting the angle of the digging shovel,the excavated soil was separated by adjusting the amplitude and frequency of the vibrating screen,which mainly solved the problem of the difficulty of the boll potato falling out of the mud under different soil conditions.At the same time,the structure and principle of the whole machine were discussed,and the installation angle of the digging shovel,the depth adjustment of the depth limiting roller and the vibrating screen mechanism were analyzed theoretically.The data obtained were applied to the physical prototype to carry out the potato harvest experiment.The experimental re-sults showed that when the digging depth was 25-30 cm,and the installation angle of the digging shovel was 20°,the dig-ging operation was relatively stable,the digging was relatively high,and the damage rate was less.The potato soil separa-tion rate was positively correlated with the amplitude and vibration frequency,which was of great significance to reduce the potato planting cost and promote the mechanization of potato planting in Guizhou.
