经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效OACSTPCD
The effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation
目的 探讨经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法 将72 例腰椎间盘突出症患者按手术方式不同分为对照组(采用椎板开窗髓核摘除术治疗,32 例)和观察组(采用经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗,40例).记录术中出血量、切口长度、术后下地时间、住院时间,采用VAS评分评估腰、腿疼痛程度,采用RMDQ评分评估运动功能,采用ODI评分评价腰椎功能.结果 患者均获得随访,时间12～18 个月.术中出血量、切口长度、术后下地时间、住院时间观察组均小(短)于对照组…查看全部>>
